The OAB's FCC counsel of Brooks, Pierce, McLendon, Humphrey & Leonard LLP has provided a list of important filing and other dates for Ohio broadcasters. While this list is provided as a service to OAB members, stations should still verify all dates and deadlines with the FCC. This list does not include individual station-specific deadlines such as expiring construction permits, deadlines for responding to specific FCC inquiries, comment and reply comment deadlines in FCC rulemakings, and so on.
