With many Ohio stations facing tight budgets and limited options for staff training, the OAB is your place to turn for online broadcast training. The OAB offers live webinars throughout the year on a number of subjects, all of which are available at no cost to member stations. Some of these webinars are OAB Exclusives — with content created specially for OAB members. Others are made available to members through the OAB's partnering organizations.
Best of all, these training resources are archived and available for members through this website. So whether you want to refresh your memory of the webinar you took part in last year, or need to show that new hire how to make a cold call, the OAB's training resources are available whenever you need them.

OAB members can review sales resources available through LocalBroadcastSales (LBS) at no cost, including video training modules, a hotline for questions and weekly newsletters on sales ideas and timely topics.
RAB Monthly Sales Webinars
OAB members can participate in free monthly sales webinars presented by the Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB). Access to archived sessions is also available for members.
