Business Office Manager – (Full or Part-time)
Woof Boom Radio, a successful, privately held regional radio group, is adding a Business Office Manager to their Lima, Ohio team. In this role, the primary duty is to maintain Woof Boom policies and procedures while managing the operational and financial records for the market. You must have the ability to stay organized, multitask efficiently, and work in a team environment. This position will report to the Market Manager. This position is flexible and can be full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities:
Maintain Woof Boom Policies and Procedures:
• Oversee and maintain master files for all clients, including confirmations, signed orders, and retention schedules.
Accounts Receivable:
• Manage client credit statuses and ensure compliance with payment policies.
• Process and mail invoices, manage past-due accounts, and oversee collections with sales reps.
• Handle credit applications, ensuring thorough review and approval.
• Post client payments in SDS and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
Trade Management:
• Approve and manage trade authorizations and agreements, ensuring proper documentation before airing.
• Track trade goods received and maintain monthly trade summaries and rollforward sheets.
Accounts Payable:
• Process all Lima payables, code and approve invoices, and enter them into Sage.
• Maintain payable files per retention schedules and set up new vendors with W9 and 1099 information.
• Handle monthly use tax reporting and Visa sheet deadlines.
Human Resources:
• Maintain separate personnel files for medical and non-medical documentation.
• Ensure proper completion of new hire paperwork, including I9 forms, and manage benefits onboarding.
• Support 401k documentation and employee file maintenance.
Miscellaneous:
• Complete and display annual OSHA reports.
• Assist with EEO reporting.
• Manage office supplies, petty cash, mail processing, and daily deposits.
Qualifications:
• Strong Organizational Skills with Attention to Detail.
• Experience with Accounting Software (e.g., Sage) and Microsoft 360 Office Suite.
• Strong Communication Skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of broadcasting industry operations.
• Familiarity with FCC regulations and reporting.
• Prior experience in office management or accounting roles.
