Job Description
FOX19 NOW is looking for a bold and creative Marketing Producer who lives to make ideas move. If you’re equally at home behind a camera, inside a timeline, and in front of a blank page, you’ll help shape the stories that define our “NOW” brand—across promos, proof-of-performance spots, image campaigns, and client commercials seen throughout the tri-state. You’ll collaborate daily with our Marketing Director and a high-energy Creative Team, and you’ll jump in on special station projects—like our original sports programming, Bengals Now.
What You’ll Do
• Concept, write, and produce standout creative for station brands, commercial clients, and nonprofit partners.
• Shoot cinematic video (talent, clients, and b-roll) in-studio and on-location with strong lighting and audio.
• Edit with purpose—cutting to emotion, clarity, and impact.
• Design motion graphics that elevate every spot and campaign.
• Manage and schedule sponsored social media posts to maximize reach and results.
• Turn ratings and research insights into smart, targeted marketing strategies.
• Partner with reporters and producers on special assignments and innovative content.
• Represent FOX19 NOW at community and station events—engaging the public with professionalism and enthusiasm.
What You’ll Bring
• BA in Marketing, Film/Video, or related field preferred—or 2+ years’ experience in media marketing, advertising, or promotion.
• A compelling writing voice that puts the viewer first and inspires action.
• Hands-on experience with DSLR cameras and audio gear; Canon C100 familiarity is a plus.
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills—especially After Effects and Premiere.
• A self-starter mindset, strong editorial judgment, and the ability to own projects end-to-end.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• FAA Part 107 Drone Certification is a plus.
• Sharp design sense, curiosity, and a habit of pushing ideas further.
• Deadline-driven focus with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects at once.
Why You’ll Love It Here
• Make creative that matters—seen by viewers across the tri-state.
• Collaborate with a passionate team that champions fresh ideas and bold execution.
• Help define and grow the “NOW” brand through distinctive storytelling and design.
