Fall Diversity Dialogue Series

Live Zoom sessions exclusively for OAB members!

As part of our ongoing initiative to support diversity equity, inclusion, and access efforts at our member stations, the OAB is please to offer our Fall Diversity Dialogue Series.

Designed for leaders and managers at member stations, the three Diversity Dialogues are informal conversations that empower participants to educate and learn from one another. Each 90-minute session focuses on a different topic and encourages sharing of perspectives, experiences, successes; and the things we are challenged with while ensuring that our workplaces give space and opportunities for everyone to thrive in our organizations and throughout the broadcast industry.

All dialogues sessions are free for OAB members, but registration is required.  Each session is limited to 20 participants.  Members can attend a single session or multiple sessions.
