2026 Employment Law Webinar

Ohio employers face a host of challenges created by fast-moving compliance requirements. To keep our members updated on employment law-related issues, the OAB’s Ohio counsel of Vorys, Sater, Seymour, and Pease, LLP presents an annual employment webinar. ­

This year’s webinar, scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 30 at 10am, will be presented by attorney Janay Stevens, a partner at Vorys. The session will provide information and practical advice on a variety of issues, including:

  • DEI initiatives and the state of EEOC enforcement efforts and litigation;
  • Remote work and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA);
  • Mental health and the ADA; and
  • Legal implications of AI use for employers.

The OAB is providing this webinar at no cost to our members, but registration is required. The webinar archive will also be posted on the OAB’s website after the session.

Participation in this session may qualify toward credit for FCC EEO outreach requirements.
