We will use your personal information to provide services, resources, and offerings requested, manage our relationship with you and/or your company, supply you with requested information, respond to your inquiries, fulfill the purposes of our services and offerings, and fulfill the purposes of membership and/or participation in OAB, and we may share your information with others (including third-party service providers, e.g., payment processors) for such purposes.  For example, we may provide information to third parties as a part of registering for an event or program through the Website, share information with third parties as a part of a scholarship application and evaluation process, or use your information for our and/or our affiliated entity’s marketing or other purposes.  Station contact information that is publicly available may also be included as part of a media directory.

If you register at the Website to attend an event or program and are registering other personnel of your company, then you will be providing the contact information for such personnel – and you represent that you have the authority to do so.

Please be aware that we may also share your information with third parties that perform services for us, such as hosting the Website, monitoring site activity, and processing payment card payments.  We may also share your information with third parties to protect our rights, legal property, the public, other Website users, or the Website itself.  We may also share your information when it is otherwise permitted or required by law, including but not limited to, responding to a court order or based on our good faith belief that it is necessary to conform or comply with the law.

B.         Ohio Broadcast Jobs Information

Job seekers who have provided resumes through the Ohio Broadcast Jobs web pages to the resume repository may elect to have them removed.  However, anyone who viewed and downloaded or otherwise obtained your resume or other job-related materials may have kept a copy, e.g., in their own files or databases.

We attempt to limit access to your resume and other materials to legitimate OAB members, but we cannot guarantee that others will not gain access to the databases or servers with them.

Once resumes or other job-related materials have been disclosed to or obtained by any other person or entity, OAB is not able to retrieve them and cannot control the use made of them.
