This year’s webinar was held on Wednesday, Sept. 30, presented by attorney Janay Stevens, a partner at Vorys. The session provided information and practical advice on a variety of issues, including:
- DEI initiatives and the state of EEOC enforcement efforts and litigation;
- Remote work, mental health, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); and
- Legal implications of AI use for employers.
