Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Producer who is as comfortable behind a camera as they are in an edit suite. At FOX19 NOW (WXIX), we are the station known for keeping it “Always Local. Always Now.” across the tri-state. We need someone who can take a brand strategy and turn it into high-impact creative—whether it’s a 30-second image spot, a social campaign, or a commercial for a local client. If you’re a self-starter who wants to own the creative process from the first script to the final export, we want to see your reel.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Write and Produce: Concept and script standout creative for station branding, commercial clients, and community partners.
Shoot Cinematic Content: Lead field and studio shoots using DSLR/Cinema cameras (we use the Canon C100), professional lighting, and clean audio.
Edit for Impact: Own the post-production process in Adobe Premiere, cutting for clarity, pace, and brand consistency.
Design Motion Graphics: Use After Effects to create graphics that elevate our on-air and digital presence.
Execute Digital Strategy: Manage and schedule sponsored social media content to ensure our work reaches the right audience.
Collaborate on Special Projects: Work with the news, weather, and sports teams on high-profile content.
Represent the Station: Act as a professional lead for WXIX at community events and station functions.

Qualifications/Requirements:
3+ years of media marketing experience: You have a track record of producing content that gets results.
Technical Proficiency: You’re an expert in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
Field Experience: You know your way around a camera kit and lighting setup.
A Strong Writing Voice: You can write scripts with a concise and conversational tone.
Strategic Thinking: You can look at research and ratings and understand how to apply them to your creative.
Project Ownership: You can manage multiple deadlines and see a project through to the end while communicating updates throughout the process.
The Essentials: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. (FAA Part 107 Drone Cert is a big plus).
