Job Description
At the WCLT Radio Group (WCLT-FM T-100, The Big Lick 104.7, and Kate 98.7), we’re more than just an audio company —we’re a locally owned voice in our community, a trusted source of entertainment, and a platform for stories that matter. Our mission is to connect, inform, and inspire our listeners every day. We believe in the power of great programming, seamless operations, and a team that works together to make every broadcast sound effortless.
As our full time Continuity Director, you’ll be the bridge between our sales, programming, and traffic teams—ensuring that every commercial, promo, and on-air message runs exactly as intended. Your attention to detail will keep our station’s sound polished, our advertisers happy, and our listeners engaged.
In this position, you will manage and schedule commercial copy / promotional spots working closely with the sales team to ensure advertiser scripts are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. Also expect to coordinate with programming and traffic departments to maintain a smooth, error free broadcast log. In this role, you will maintain organized records of contracts, scripts, and troubleshoot / resolve any scheduling or copy issues quickly to avoid on-air errors. This position will also be a back-up to our traffic director. The work schedule is mainly weekdays with evening and weekend flex.
Our Continuity Director will need to have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once along with excellent written communication and proofreading skills. We also expect this position to have a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with multiple departments. Audio script writing, audio production, on-air voice work, and business office / administrative assistant experience preferred.
