Job Description
Woof Boom Radio – Home of WDOH, WCIT, WEGE, WWSR, and WFGF – is looking for a driven and energetic Sales Account Executive to join our Lima, OH team. If you thrive on building strong client relationships and creating meaningful advertising solutions, we want to hear from you.
You don’t need media experience to succeed here – we offer comprehensive training to set you up for success. What we do need is someone who can sell with integrity, understands the value of long-term partnerships, and is ready to help local businesses grow.
What You’ll Do:
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
• Build and manage a portfolio of local and regional clients
• Create customized marketing and advertising solutions
• Deliver exceptional post-sale service and results
• Work closely with the on-site Sales Manager to meet revenue goals
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in an outside sales role
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong computer proficiency and a self-motivated mindset
• Radio or media sales experience is a plus – but not required
