Promotions Director

North American Broadcasting Company is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the promotions and marketing efforts for its four radio stations in Columbus, Ohio: Active Rock, 99.7 “The Blitz,” Country 103.9 “The Maverick,” Adult Variety, “Star” 94.1, and Fox Sports 920 AM.

Responsibilities include:
• Assist in planning and executing all promotional activities, including contests, appearances, and radio station events.
• Conduct meetings in coordination with the Sales and Programming Departments to develop and execute promotional plans.
• Coordinate and oversee all external promotional activities, including station talent appearances, van “hits,” concerts, and various other radio station-related events. Set up and supervise the use of any audio and staging equipment required for such activities. Create a record of all events in the form of video, photo, and audio for use on social and company platforms.
• Hire and train Promotions Department staff.
• Prepare contest rules, waivers, and release forms for all contests. Supervise prize inventory and track in-studio prize awards.
• Oversight of and collaboration with the Digital Department to create, schedule, and track social platform initiatives.
• Create and supervise concert proposals and promotions.
• Coordinate and communicate with concert promoters and artist management.
